RETURNS, CANCELLATION, PREORDERS AND SHIPPING ORDERS.
Please contact email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment if you received your order damaged (Printer burns or loss of ink are not considered damaged. Books that will grade out at 9.2 are not considered damaged). Your return will not be accepted if you fail to inform us about the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
Cancellations of orders after the Final Order Cutoff date will not be allowed. Cancellations of preorders for exclusive variant covers will not be allowed. Cancellation of any orders may result in the suspension of future purchases.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to making any cancellations to verify if your request for a cancellation meets the Final Cutoff Date.
ORDERS, PREORDERS AND SHIPPING:
Items will be shipped within 3-14 business days after arriving at our facility. Orders will begin to ship when the last item in your order has arrived at our facility. If you have preorder items in your order, the order will not ship until the last item has arrived at our facility. . FREE Shipping in USA only applies for orders over $100 and will not ship until the last item has arrived at our facility.
Please order items separately if you want to have the items shipped as they arrive to our facility, or email us in regards to shipping requests. In the event you decide for us to ship the in-stock item you have that are waiting for more items to complete the order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will send you an invoice for the extra shipping cost.
All comics will be bagged and boarded. Comics will be shipped in a Gemini mailer. Bulk orders will be shipped in a box.
